In 2024 Strikwerda Investments announced the strategic consolidation of its four portfolio companies, Your.Online, Your.Cloud (TSH), Confido and WiseFundaments, into Your.World. This consolidation reflects a shared commitment to the serial acquirer model, fostering long-term value creation, and the ambition to further accelerate M&A.

The strategic alignment among the four companies within two Operating Groups, Your.Online en Your.Cloud, is a testament to SI's vision and its successful track record as a serial acquirer. Since their inception in 2016, the Operating Groups have achieved strong growth, with revenues reaching €675 million, completing more than 70 M&A transactions in The Netherlands, Spain, France, the UK, and Germany. In the coming years, Your.World will continue to expand its online services portfolio and further consolidate the market.
