The announcement of the sale of S-P-S coincides with CVC DIF’s announcement of the acquisition of CTC Moyson Airport Equipment and follows the previously announced acquisition of HiSERV. CVC DIF intends to combine S-P-S, CTC Moyson, and HiSERV under the HiSERV brand.
