NEH and Vancis join forces to form Total Specific Hosting
Blaricum, 29 October – NEH, the leading ICT outsourcing company for the Dutch Social Housing market, and VANCIS, the leading ICT outsourcing company for the Dutch Education market, jointly announce to team up and form Total Specific Hosting (“TSH”). This combination will create the market leading ICT outsourcing company for the Dutch semi-public market with over € 35m of revenues and 150 employees. Strikwerda Investments, a Dutch family office with a strong track-record in the ICT sector, will through its portfolio company TSH acquire a majority stake in NEH, the remaining shares will be held by the current shareholders of NEH whom will continue in their current role.

NEH and VANCIS have a complementary services offering and culture with rigorous focus on customer satisfaction and deep rooted knowledge of customer processes in their focus markets. NEH and VANCIS will continue to operate autonomously under TSH, while actively seeking areas of potential cooperation. TSH has a long term investment horizon and aims to continue the strong autonomous growth of NEH and VANCIS as well as continuing its acquisitive growth agenda by adding other leading ICT outsourcing companies.
NEH
NEH, founded in 1997 and with its five founders still actively involved in the organisation, is a highly specialized ICT outsourcing company focused predominantly on the Social Housing and Healthcare sectors.
