Sloppy.io joins TWS

The German Container as a Service (CaaS) provider Sloppy.io GmbH (“Sloppy.io”) has been acquired by PCextreme B.V. (“PCextreme”), a fast-growing Dutch Internet Service Provider that is part of Total Webhosting Solutions (“TWS”).

Cologne, 4 February 2020 – Sloppy was founded in 2016 and offers fast, simple and secure Docker hosting solutions. Founder and CTO Mike Michel is pleased with the sale to a strong new owner that can take the unique technology to the next level and offers all kinds of new opportunities.

Mike: “We were looking for a buyer that could guarantee the continuity of our software, and above all accelerate the application of the technology and take it to the next level. At that time Lennert den Teuling of PCextreme contacted us. They understand us and were able to guarantee the continuity of Sloppy and complete the transaction swiftly without a complex process.”
